*Full Rental Fee must be made two months before date of party along with an additional Security Deposit that will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after the party (see contract for more details). The Security Deposits are: Rooms 109, 201A, 201B, 201C = $200.  Rooms 201AB, 201BC = $300.  Room 201ABC = $500.
